Hi GSPN Fans! Here I am again with the weekly round up for you. My daughter has finally gone back to school. I think I read somewhere that NY was the state with the latest “back to school” date. Lucky me, ha ha! ;-) Now that she’s back in school, and the weather is cooler, I am so happy to get back to walking for exercise. Covers days 9 thru 14 The great news is that at my Friday evening weigh-in I have lost 3 pounds (1.35 kilos) and that puts me 50% ahead of my target of losing 1 pound each week.
